This Dutch-based firm operates in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors, supplying premium-quality excipients and capsules including gelatin, HPMC (vegetarian/vegan), and Pullulan options. Founded in 2014 and backed by decades of international trade experience, the company is headquartered in Houten, Utrecht.

Core offerings include:

  • Liquid Capsules: Specializing in encapsulation of oils and beadlets using HPMC (vegan) or fish gelatin. Offers private label services and customer-supplied oil encapsulation, with fast lead times (2-4 weeks) and low MOQs (approx. 200,000 capsules).
  • Empty Capsules: Supplies a wide variety of capsule types and colors stored locally and shipped across Europe with BRCGS-certified quality standards.
About the Role

Due to increasing workload and market demand in the German and DACH regions, the company is urgently seeking a proactive International Sales Executive.

You will manage the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to closing-while working closely with internal teams and clients across Europe.


Key Responsibilities
  • Full sales process ownership: prospecting, negotiation, closing
  • Selling capsules to contract manufacturers, brands, and retailers
  • Direct client interaction with key decision-makers and purchasers
  • Reporting to the Sales Director
  • Daily coordination with back office and logistics teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Sales-focused personality: energetic, confident, and persistent
  • Life sciences or nutraceutical sector background is a strong plus
  • Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills
  • Fluent German
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Utrecht, available to work in-office 5 days/week
  • Willingness to travel and manage international client relationships

  • Establishing and expanding a strong client base in the assigned region
  • Delivering consistent, profitable sales results
  • Navigating a competitive B2B market with resilience and professionalism
