Your activities

In this role are you involved in all financial activities of national and international entities. From Dutch production environments to international sales offices, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. The consolidation itself is fully automated, and you then look at the delivered figures with a keen eye and discuss your analyses with the Controllers of the various entities worldwide. Additionally, you work with the Team Leader on several projects to support Ausnutria's further growth from Finance. A varied and substantively challenging role in which you can contribute to the further development of the department.

With your keen eye for detail and analytical skills, you assess these figures and discuss your findings with Controllers from different entities worldwide. These interactions not only give you a deep insight into Ausnutria's financial performance but also allow you to build valuable relationships with colleagues around the world.

Collaboration is an essential part of your role. You work closely with the Team Leader and the Senior Controller on various projects aimed at supporting Ausnutria's further growth from a financial perspective. This can range from optimizing existing processes to developing new initiatives that improve the department's efficiency and effectiveness. These projects offer you the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills and make a direct contribution to the company's strategic goals.

Main tasks:

  • Setting up the budget and (rolling) forecast process with the team;
  • Contributing to the development of accounting standards and management information systems and maintaining the accounting manual;
  • Contributing to statutory obligations (NL-GAAP and IFRS);
  • Participating in and assisting with audits;
  • Projects for further automation and innovations.
Our team

In this role, you are part of the Group & Holding Control team. A team of specialists where the lines are short and everyone wants to help each other. You report to the Manager Group & Holding Control and you are a specialist in the field of Consolidation & Reports within Ausnutria.

In the Netherlands, we work with almost 900 enthusiastic colleagues towards the same goal; delivering high-quality baby and children's food based on goat and cow milk! The products are made in our three factories in the Netherlands (Kampen, Leeuwarden, and Heerenveen) and sold worldwide from our own sales offices and local distributors on all continents. At our headquarters in Zwolle, 200 colleagues work. The Finance department in the Netherlands consists of approximately 25 colleagues in the teams Group Control, Holding Control, Accounts Payable, and Business Control. Additionally, you work closely with our colleagues in China.

Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd is the parent company of Ausnutria B.V. and also has companies in Australia, New Zealand, and China. It is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has been part of Yili, the fifth-largest dairy company in the world by revenue, for several years.

You are the fit if
  • A completed Bachelor or Master (accountancy/business economics);
  • At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably gained at an accounting firm;
  • An effective, clear communication style in both spoken and written form;
  • You are fluent in Chinese and English;
  • A keen eye, you see all deviations and inaccuracies in the figures;
  • The desire to develop yourself in a broad role in an international listed company;
  • You show initiative and enjoy taking on projects;
  • A proactive attitude where you ask for help if needed;
  • Experience in working in an international company.
