Want a position where you'll be trained to be Technical Operator, while having a well paying job at the same time? Then this is the vacancy for you!

As Technical Operator, you are responsible for setting, monitoring, and adjusting the production process. To ensure you can handle all of this independently, you will be offered a extensive onboarding and training program. Tasks you will frequently handle include: operating and monitoring machines, troubleshooting malfunctions, contributing to process improvements, attending team meetings, performing basic maintenance on machines, and cleaning the workspace.

These tasks are performed in a 5-shift schedule, where you work for 6 days (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts), followed by 4 days off.

Gevraagd

As a Technical Operator, you fit the follow requirements:

• You have an MBO-3 (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift rotation;
• You have technical insight and affinity;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.

If you hold a diploma from a (technical) MBO-3 or Vapro program, that is definitely an advantage, but not a requirement. With the onboarding and training program, you will be trained to become a fully qualified Technical Operator.
