Are you looking for a well-paying job as a Production Worker at a company that invests in your development and training? If so, read this job opening!

This is not your everyday Production Worker position. Our client is invested in your development and wants to train you to be an allround Machine Operator. Meaning you'll be responsible for executing a smooth and errorless production process. After completing their onboarding and training courses, you'll be handling the following tasks: operating and monitoring machines, troubleshooting malfunctions, contributing to process improvements, attending team meetings, performing basic maintenance on machines, and cleaning the workspace.

You'll be part of the 5-shift system rotation, which means you will be working  6 days (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts), followed by 4 days off.

Our client is located in Cuijk, near Nijmegen and Venlo. As an Production Worker in the 5-shift system you'll be hired directly by our client. Gevraagd

As a Production Worker, you have to fit the follow requirements:

• You have an MBO-3 (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
• You have at least one year of experience of working in a production environment;
• You have a clear technical affinity and posses a good technical insight;
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.

If you hold a diploma from a (technical) MBO-3 or Vapro program, that is definitely an advantage, but not a requirement. With the onboarding and training program, you will be trained to become a fully qualified Operator.
