As a packaging operator, you work full-time in an industrial bakery in the Waalwijk region. You will start in the 3-shift system and soon transition to the 5-shift system. For this, you will receive a gross monthly salary of up to €3,327, excluding a variable allowance averaging 34%. Experience in the food industry is required.
Wij bieden
- A gross monthly salary between €2,636 and €3,327 excluding allowances;
- A 34% allowance between 18:00 and 06:00;
- A 200% allowance from Saturday 18:00 until Sunday 00:00;
- A full-time job of 38 hours per week;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- 8% holiday allowance;

Functieomschrijving
As a Packaging Operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting various (semi-)automated packaging lines. You work in an industrial environment where different types of bread are packaged using manual, mechanical, and fully automated techniques. Your tasks are varied and challenging.

Our client is an informal organization with nine bakeries spread across the Netherlands. As a family business with a rich history dating back to the 20th century, they produce a wide range of bread products for the retail market. The production facility is highly automated and designed in an efficient and organized manner.
Functie-eisen
- At least 1 year of experience as an operator in the food industry;
- Willingness to work in 3 and 5-shift systems;
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
