• Organize and manage accommodation for temporary workers

• Assign housing locations and monitor their livability

• Coordinate transport: who goes where, when, and with which vehicle

• Drive yourself when necessary (e.g., pick-up and drop-off service)

• Communicate with residents and drivers

• Carry out minor technical tasks or inspections when needed

• A valid category B driver’s license

• Hands-on mentality – you don’t mind driving or doing check-ups

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit in the Netherlands

• Strong communication skills and stress resistance

• Structured way of working with an eye for oversight

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written and Turkish is a big plus

• A dynamic role with a lot of responsibility

• A young, ambitious team where your input truly matters

• Gross monthly salary between €2,450 and €2,650

• Possibility of permanent employment based on performance
