As a welding operator, you must meet the following requirements:

• you are willing to work in Staphorst
• you are available 4 to 5 days a week
• you are at least 18 years old
• you speak Dutch or English
• you have technical insight
• you have your own transportation to get to work
• you can do physically demanding work, such as lifting up to 20 kilos

As a production worker in the welding department at Brink, you’ll kick off by skillfully welding tow bar parts together. Your technical insight and attention to detail will be crucial, especially when checking the welds to ensure top quality. Once the product meets all standards, it moves on to the next stage of production.

After mastering the basics of welding, you’ll take the next step: operating the welding robot. You’ll learn to set up, operate, and work independently with the robot. Your responsibilities will include placing parts in the mold, solving minor malfunctions, and handling daily maintenance—making you a key player in the production process.
