We are looking for a Head of Supply for a renowned international company in the Breda region!

• Annual salary between €74,000 and €78,000;

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the Customer Service, Supply & Demand, and Logistics departments at the Global Technology Centre.
You are the connecting link who keeps operations running smoothly while continuously optimizing for the future. Whether it's sourcing new raw materials, managing demand forecasts, or ensuring pilot projects are executed flawlessly – you have full oversight and control.

Your main responsibilities:

• Customer Service (40%)
  Daily leadership of the Customer Service team
  Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs
  Lead and implement process improvements
  Serve as the first point of contact for commercial transitions from pilot projects
  
  
• Supply & Demand (40%)
  Lead demand forecasting and planning processes
  Evaluate supplier performance
  Optimize working capital and inventory management
  Play an active role in international pilot projects
  
  
• Logistics (20%)
  Oversee the logistics team
  Manage performance and process improvements
  Initiate improvement projects and evaluate logistics partners

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain within an international organization;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (CSCP certification is a plus);
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a bonus);
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams;
• Fluent English and Dutch is a pré;
