We are currently seeking a motivated Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and that the final products meet the highest quality standards.
What will you do?
- Set up and operate production machines (digitally and manually);
- Load and unload materials to and from the machines;
- Monitor the quality and quantity of produced goods;
- Perform daily and periodic cleaning and maintenance of machines and the surrounding work area;
- Detect process deviations and, in consultation with your supervisor, contact the technical service or external parties to prevent or resolve malfunctions;
- Take preventive actions to minimize downtime;
- Carry out general production tasks when there is less operator work to be done.

- MBO (secondary vocational education) level or equivalent, preferably in a technical or production-related field;
- Experience as an operator or in a similar technical role is a plus;
- Strong technical insight and attention to detail;
- Willingness to take on general production tasks when necessary;
- A responsible team player;
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
