ASML’s key supplier is Zeiss, a manufacturer of lenses and optical components. Zeiss accounts for just under 30% of ASML’s total procurement costs. Due to the significant mutual interests, ASML and Zeiss have formed a strategic alliance, which can only be terminated with three years’ notice by either party.

If so, the MDO position within the EUV System Industrialization Department / EXE Availability Group might be the perfect fit for you.

As an MDO (Main Delivery Owner), you will lead industrialization efforts within the D&E organization, ensuring our EUV products meet and exceed performance targets for availability, serviceability, and manufacturability.

The MDO role is comparable to a junior Project Leader (PL) with the following key responsibilities:

• Drive industrialization of the new EXE platform to enable high-volume manufacturing (HVM) by advancing SMS status.
• Support service readiness through Service Action Readiness (SAR) initiatives.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (availability, diagnostics, MTBF, KPIs) in line with the PGP process and project needs.
• Influence D&E functional clusters and program stakeholders to meet performance objectives.
• Manage stakeholders across ASML D&E sites, internal factories, and Customer Support teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, architects, and report directly to the EXE Availability Group Leader.
