Are you a creative visionary with leadership skills and a passion for impactful design? Do you love turning concepts into inspiring event experiences? LEF marketing & events is looking for a Creative Director Events to lead our creative strategy and oversee a team of talented designers.

About LEF marketing & events
We are a leading full-service event agency focused on the tech industry. From intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale international conferences (up to 10,000 attendees!), we produce over 800 high-impact projects each year. Our events are bold, imaginative, and meticulously crafted.
Our headquarters are based in Aardenburg, the Netherlands – easily accessible from both Brussels and Schiphol airports.

What you’ll do
As our Creative Director Events, you will:

• Lead and inspire our Branding Team (5 graphic designers and 1 3D artist).
• Develop unique, creative concepts in collaboration with project managers and clients.
• Ensure consistency across all printed and digital event assets.
• Conduct one-on-ones, lead team meetings, and manage yearly evaluations.
• Act as a key liaison between designers, project managers, and clients.
• Deliver engaging creative presentations and pitch decks.
• Monitor brand guidelines and ensure every output aligns with client identity.
• Drive innovation and motivation within the creative team.

What we’re looking for

• A seasoned graphic designer with 7+ years of experience and a strong portfolio.
• At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams.
• Strong budgeting and project planning skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with international clients and partners.
• Ideally living within a 50 km radius of Aardenburg, the Netherlands.
