Take the Lead in Building Strong Connections with Health Professionals in the Hoofddorp! In this role, you’ll work independently, applying your expertise creatively to grow and strengthen your network of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the South region. You’ll be an essential part of a dynamic, close-knit team where your impact truly counts. Your responsibilities: 

• Provide expert guidance on the placement of contraceptive IUDs, becoming a trusted resource for HCPs

• Analyze sales data to identify key stakeholders and uncover new opportunities

• Research market trends—including competition, healthcare professionals, and policy/insurance changes—and integrate valuable insights from different departments

• Conduct engaging sales interactions and complete all necessary training to stay ahead

• Lead and execute projects that align with sales goals, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners

As a leading healthcare company, our client offers innovative solutions for the prevention, alleviation and treatment of diseases. Pharmaceuticals Division focuses on prescription products for women's health, cardiology, oncology, hematology and ophthalmology. The division also includes the Radiology business unit, which markets contrast-enhanced diagnostic imaging equipment and the associated contrast agents.

• HBO work and thinking level (preferably business economics or (para)medical direction)
• At least three years of relevant experience in (field) account management, preferably in pharma
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and strong digital (multichannel) mindset and skills
• Willing and able to adapt quickly to changes
• Own accommodation and driving license B

• Salary from € 23,60 per hour based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your education and work experience
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (starting from 5 km)
