Every morning, you’ll help prepare shipments for delivery by carefully loading trucks with packages that could hold someone’s important document, a gift for a loved one, or essentials for a small business. Your work helps UPS drivers hit the road on time — ensuring millions of people get what they need, exactly when they need it. During your shift you:

• Load and unloadof packages.
• Sort and check parcels according to quality standards.
• Report damages

You will work an early morning shift (04:00-08:00) Monday through Saturday. Ideal for early birds who want an active start to the day.

The UPS distribution center in Heerenveen is a dynamic and high-paced environment where thousands of packages are processed daily. This facility serves the northern Netherlands, including Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, and parts of Flevoland, playing a crucial role in UPS's logistics network. With a capacity to sort up to 2,500 packages per hour, the center operates efficiently to meet the growing demand for reliable delivery services in the region

• You can commute to the location independently
• You are proficient in Dutch and/or English
• You are physically capable of handling heavy work
• You are available 6 days a week
• You are willing to apply for a certificate of good conduct (VOG), which must be submitted within 6 weeks from the start date

• Salary € 15,24 gross per hour (incl. 1.38% atv allowance) weekly payment
• Travel allowance €0.23
• 25 vacation days
