Sr. Associate Supply Chain – Change Control Management
Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a focus on change control management? Do you enjoy working in a cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry and want to contribute to product lifecycle processes on a global scale? Then this role as Sr. Associate Supply Chain might be the perfect next step in your career.

About the Role
As Sr. Associate Supply Chain, you are responsible for executing and coordinating change control activities for designated products. You work closely with departments such as Artwork, Regulatory, Planning, Quality, Partner Alliance, and others. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of product and material updates within the supply chain system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate change control activities across multiple departments
  • Ensure timely and accurate progress according to established procedures and standards
  • Monitor and manage departmental metrics such as RFT and milestone adherence
  • Support and manage Master Data (BOMs and materials) in alignment with internal metrics
  • Facilitate Product Life Cycle Team meetings and collaborate on best practice implementation
  • Identify problems, lead improvement initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process optimization
  • Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and provide meaningful input
  • Prioritize and plan tasks based on change control timelines and business needs

Your ProfilePreferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in change control management
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment
  • Experience working in a complex international organization

  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong time management and ability to self-direct
