Role Description
As a Senior Associate in Supply Chain – Change Control, you oversee and execute change control management activities for designated products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and compliant execution of changes across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Execute change control management activities for assigned products.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as Artwork, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and Partner Alliance teams.
- Apply industry principles, standards, and internal procedures to manage change control processes.
- Represent the department in relevant meetings and provide input.
- Manage Master Data activities, including BOMs and materials, in accordance with performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to identify and resolve problems, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BSc degree with 3–5+ years of relevant experience, or MSc degree with 1–3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in change control management.
- Background in pharmaceutical or a similarly regulated industry.
- Experience working within an international, complex organizational structure.
