Job Description
As a Sourcing Strategist, you are responsible for recruiting temporary specialists within the life sciences sector. You will work on a wide range of roles, from engineers to lab technicians, and from customer service agents to supply chain professionals.
Responsibilities
You source, speak with, and guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
You actively build your own network of specialists
You prepare candidates for client interviews
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role
A completed HBO or WO degree
Fluent in both Dutch and English
Living within one hour of Haarlem central station
Interest in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG sector is a plus
