Role Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced recruitment specialists to join our vibrant team at SIRE Life Sciences. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, helping leading life sciences companies find the right talent while ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring effective matchmaking between candidates and client needs.
-Identify, attract, and assess top candidates through CV screening, interviews, and sourcing strategies.
-Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Negotiate employment terms and support clients and candidates during the offer stage.
-Guide candidates through the interview process, providing coaching and insights.
-Take ownership of your work, maintaining a high level of organization and dedication to achieving results.
-Contribute to team goals by sharing expertise, ideas, and best practices.
 
Requirements
-Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the life sciences industry.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
-Proactive, driven, and adaptable with a commercial mindset.
-Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
-Passion for personal growth, career development, and achieving success.
-Prior exposure to or interest in the life sciences field is an advantage.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive industry while maintaining professionalism.
