Role Description
We're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain & Demand Planner to join our international team, focusing on Butter. This role combines analytical and communication skills to support commercial teams and ensure timely product availability through accurate demand forecasting.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams.
Analyze market dynamics and incorporate factors like NPD, promotions, seasonality, and contracts.
Improve forecast accuracy by monitoring and challenging commercial team input.
Lead demand review processes within the S&OP cycle.
Oversee demand & supply matching, including constraints and allocations.
Optimize KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and waste reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant working experience (or equivalent).
Knowledge and experience in forecasting and/or supply chain/logistics, preferably in an FMCG/Food environment.
Strong understanding and/or interest in statistics, modeling, and tools/systems.
Knowledge of ERP systems (OMP or SAP APO), Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
Full business proficiency in English and Dutch.
