What will you do as Senior Race Mechanic?

• Prepare, maintain, and repair race vehicles for optimal performance during events and testing.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions under time pressure.
• Collaborate with engineers and drivers to ensure peak vehicle performance.
• Travel to race events and provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• Work in a high-performance, fast-paced motorsport environment.

Your new employer is a global company involved in manufacturing products for various industries, including generator technology, internal transport, conveyor belts, timing belt drives, and mechanical power transmission. In the Generator Technology division, they focus on generators and DEIF control systems.

Founded as a family business, the company maintains a close-knit atmosphere. The Rotterdam branch, where you'll work as a Senior Race Mechanic, has 40 employees. The 4-person inside sales team embodies a strong Rotterdam work ethic. What do we offer you?

• Earn €11.52 per hour, which totals €12.44 per hour including holiday pay. Holiday pay is paid out annually in May.
• Additionally, earn a 50% irregularity allowance between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, bringing the base salary to €17.28 per hour.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience as a race mechanic or in high-performance automotive environments.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Must be at least 18 years old, due to work hours.
• Speak and understand Dutch and English.
• Have your own transportation to the depot near you.
• For this location, having a European driving license B for at least 1 year is a plus.
• Willing to work a minimum of 3 days a week, including one weekend day.
