SamenvattingThis is an excellent opportunity if you are a skilled and enthusiastic individual looking to advance your career in customer service. Join our Customer Service (CS) team as a Customer Service Representative at our Hoofddorp office, where you'll serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers in the Nordics. Your role will involve delivering top-tier support and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. With a passion for agriculture, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, you'll thrive in this dynamic position. The role can be based in either Hoofddorp (Netherlands) or Copenhagen (Denmark).
Over de functie
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Engage and Interact: You will be the orchestrator of the service relationship, serving as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Through effective communication, you will analyze account history, understand supply needs, and optimize orders and product deliveries.
- Customer Satisfaction: Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service. By promptly addressing customer requests and seeking feedback, you will ensure their satisfaction levels remain high. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration and Influence: Working closely with our Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will play a vital role in influencing product take and delivery timing to achieve financial targets. Your insights and updates on customer accounts will contribute to informed decision-making and improved customer prioritization.
- Continuous Improvement: We value your ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and the overall customer experience. You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive positive change.

Wat wij vragen
- 1-3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, or Administration
- Language skills: fluent English speaker and one of scandinavian lamnguages: Danish, Swedish or Norwegian speaks
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred
- Skills: Customer focus, results orientation, communication, collaboration, agility, relationship and conflict management, and decision-making are key competencies we value in our team members
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with IT systems and tools, such a SAP, SalesForce is preferred. Your ability to adapt and leverage technology will contribute to your success in this role
- Salary: 3555,92- 4444,85 e depends on your experience
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
