Are you a seasoned Functional Manager looking to take the next step in your career? At Randstad Digital, you’ll leverage your skills on impactful projects within top government bodies such as TNO, Rijkswaterstaat, DUO, major municipalities, and the Tax and Customs Administration, working on assignments lasting from six months up to two years.

You’ll receive guidance from skilled account managers and have the support of a dedicated talent manager to help you plan your future career path and explore relevant training options.

• HBO diploma, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Business & IT, or related areas
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in roles like (junior) Functional Manager, Business IT Consultant, (technical) Application Manager, or similar positions
• Strong drive for personal growth by acquiring up-to-date certifications such as BiSL, ITIL, IREB, Scrum, and others
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Proactive, goal-focused mindset, capable of working independently and delivering results
• Several years of experience in the non-profit sector, enabling you to better understand and meet the specific needs of our clients

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 (for 36 hours per week), depending on your experience and qualifications
