Are you a technically skilled professional with expertise in construction elements such as flooring and foundations? We are looking for an Engineer who will serve as the go-to expert for specific construction systems and components used in high-end yacht building projects.

In this role, you will ensure that all technical product information remains up to date, aligned with current market standards and regulations. You will act as a consultant to project teams, supporting engineering, production, refit & services, and supply chain departments. Your contributions will help ensure consistent quality across multiple projects, and you’ll help develop and share knowledge throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed technical knowledge of flooring and foundation systems.
• Ensure product compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Write and maintain technical specifications and standard documentation.
• Contribute to consistency in design and installation across all active projects.
• Ensure all product-related information is accurate, complete, and accessible for various project teams.
• Deliver technical input on time for all assigned tasks and documentation.
• Work with Engineers, Project Managers, and Production teams to provide technical advice and coordinate efforts.
• Serve as the point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers in your product field.
• Collect feedback from production and field teams to implement lessons learned and improve future designs.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in shipbuilding or yacht construction.
• Proficiency in 3D software tools.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Expertise in hull and structural engineering, with knowledge of moving components and equipment integration.
• Experience with FEM, structural calculations, and budgeting.
