Engineer (Structural & Hull Design)Are you a motivated Engineer with a strong interest in luxury yacht construction? This is your opportunity to join a team that designs and builds world-renowned, high-end superyachts. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects where innovation and engineering excellence come together.
Function
In this role, you’ll contribute to the technical realization of key design packages. Your focus will be on detailed 3D modeling, technical documentation, and ensuring all systems are feasible, buildable, and meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate design concepts into accurate 3D models and technical documentation.
- Perform detailed engineering for structures, hull, and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with Class and Flag rules and internal project guidelines.
- Assess technical challenges and propose effective, practical solutions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including senior engineers and production staff.
- Support project delivery timelines by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of engineering output.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the shipbuilding or yacht construction sector.
- Proficient with 3D design tools.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with structural engineering, hull integration, and systems layout.
- Familiarity with FEM analysis, weight control, and production workflows.
