For an internationally oriented company, we are looking for two enthusiastic people willing to back up the Sales Support team. Why, you ask? At the end of September, this company is organizing a large expo that will attract as many as 4,000 visitors from both the Netherlands and abroad! Think of customers, colleagues, and partners from all over the world.

You will ensure everything runs smoothly before and during this multi-day event. Before the event, you’ll handle and properly follow up on visitor inquiries via phone and email. If someone wants to book extra days or organize a company outing during their stay, you’ll know exactly how and where to arrange it. You are the link between the visitors and the event team.

As an Event & Sales Support Employee, you’ll be working in an international team with an informal working atmosphere. Leading up to the big event, you’ll work closely with the sales team.

During the open days themselves, it’s all hands on deck – but always with a big smile!

• A versatile job where you can be a part of a large, unique event
• Flexible working hours, which you can determine yourself as long as it's between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• You speak and write good English (working language during the event)
• You are customer-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
• You can easily switch between different tasks
• Experience with administrative work and hospitality is a plus
