What are you going to do?

You will help shape the future of access. Pace is a cloud-native SaaS PIAM solutionfrom Nedap, designed to radically simplify complex access and identity management in large organisations. 
We use cutting-edge technologies such as digital twinning and AI to transform how companies manage access rights, passes, visitors and contractors — regardless of their existing access control system.
We are acting as a startup and we’ve launched with our first enterprise clients — with great success — and now it’s time to scale. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Executive to lead customer acquisition across Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark. You’ll operate in the space where enterprise tech meets physical security — targeting
multinationals and public bodies with complex operations. There’s huge opportunity: greenfield prospects, a strong brand name, and a solution that’s already proven to work. If you like to build new things, you will love this role.


Your responsibilities
  • As a true hunter, you own the full new business cycle — from identifying prospects to closing deals. Your goal: win over enterprise clients new to Nedap and grow accounts already using our trusted security solutions, including our access control system used by one-third of Europe’s top brands;
  • You will be working with high-value prospects;
  • Leverage leads from marketing, referrals from our other commercial teams, and Nedap’s extended commercial network — but you also actively build your own pipeline.We already know our target audience very well, so reaching out is easy;
  • As a ‘problem expert’ you understand each customer’s unique access and identity challenges — and position Pace as the solution that simplifies complexity;
  • A potential customer is too precious to do it alone. You work consultatively with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer success to cover all stakeholders and to close deals as part of a broader Nedap team;
  • Shape and contribute to our go-to-market strategy: define the most effective route to scale;
  • Regularly meet with clients in person across the region;
  • Use HubSpot to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and forecast accurately;

Required experience and skills
  • At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or security technology;
  • Proven hunter mentality: you thrive on winning new customers;
  • Experience with complex, consultative sales processes in large organisations;
  • Fluency in English and German; Dutch is a plus;
  • Affinity with access control, PIAM, or security technology is a bonus;
  • Strong communication, team player and stakeholder management skills;
  • Resilience and creativity to win long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
