As Assistant Team Leader, you will work closely with the team leader and support the management of the warehouse team. You ensure that the daily planning is carried out properly and you are the contact person for your colleagues on the work floor. At the same time, you yourself actively participate in the logistical process. Loading, unloading, order picking - you are aware of everything and jump in where necessary. Do you see something that could be improved? Then you don't wait, but come up with solutions.

Your duties include:

Supporting the daily management of the team;
Identifying bottlenecks and providing feedback to the team leader;
Executing and monitoring the operational planning;
Being the point of contact for employees on the shop floor;
Actively participate in the daily logistic activities;
Contribute to a safe and tidy work environment.

Proven experience within a warehouse environment (required);

Good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
