Are you a highly skilled CAE Specialist with a passion for chassis design? As a CAE Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting design engineers, validating and optimizing chassis frames and components, and compiling clear reports. You will present your findings to stakeholders and actively seek ways to improve simulation accuracy. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the continuous improvement of DAF vehicles.

• Support design engineers in validating chassis designs.
• Compile reports detailing simulation results.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to decision-making.

We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced CAE Specialist to join our team. This is a crucial role, and we are actively seeking qualified candidates to expedite the hiring process.

• Profound knowledge of Abaqus, Hyperworks and Matlab (linear and nonlinear).
• Experience in vehicle chassis simulation, dynamics, and durability/fatigue (preferably within the commercial vehicle segment).
• Knowledge of FE-safe and/or FEMFAT, as well as Python programming language is preferable.
• Education: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1-2 years working experience with above mentioned tools.
• Strong command of English language (verbally and in writing), Preferably also in Dutch.
