Are you hands on, detail oriented, and ready to work with top-quality craftsmanship? As a grinder at our client’s facility in the Roermond area, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that welded seams are finished to the highest visual and quality standards.

But your work doesn’t stop there you’ll also be part of a dynamic team, supporting various operations such as transporting materials using overhead cranes and assisting welders with a range of tasks. Every day brings something new, and your contribution will make a real impact.

• You have worked with angle grinder before;
• You’re not afraid of physical labor, as the grinders weigh 7 or 12 kilograms;
• A valid VCA certificate. Don’t worry if you don’t have one yet—you can obtain it through Partner Group;
• You speak Dutch, German, or English at a conversational level.

• Salary between €16.50 and €19.00 gross per hour, depending on experience;
• Shift allowence of 21% (on average);
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days;
• 8,33% holiday money;
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km;
• Excellent primary and secondary employment benefits;
