In this role as an orderpicker, you earn up to €2,463.84 per month, receive allowances, and work in a steady, supportive team.

As an orderpicker, you’ll be working in the fresh produce section of a modern distribution center, where it’s always 5°C. With a voice-picking system and a collection truck, you’ll collect supermarket orders together with your team. Your shift starts at either 06:00 or 14:30. Once you put on your headset, the system guides you to gather the right products. You load two to three carts, and when you're done, you head to the final station to label your order.

You’ll be given daily targets. Don’t worry if you don’t hit them right away—your team supports you as you grow into the role. Some items weigh up to 20 kg, so being physically fit helps you get the job done safely and efficiently.

Shifts run from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 14:30, and on Sundays from 05:00 to 13:30. There’s also an afternoon shift from 14:30 to 23:00, running all week.

• You speak Dutch and/or English well.
• You’re available at least 3 weekend days every 4 weeks.
• You can lift and move heavier items (up to 20 kg).
• You’re available between 06:00 and 23:00.
• You can work 32 to 40 hours per week.

• Starting salary of €14.16 per hour, rising to €15.12 after 6 months.
• ADV (working time reduction) allowance of 8.1%.
