Role Description:
As an Assistant/Associate Scientist in the Lab Operations Support Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analytical testing of samples from various R&D studies, projects, and investigations within an international biotechnology environment. You will be responsible for executing and documenting laboratory tests, assisting in co-validations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting study directors in preparing reports and documentation.
You will work with a wide range of analytical techniques and contribute to the continuous development of analytical methods in a multi-cultural, collaborative, and GMP-compliant setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support analytical testing activities for various studies and investigations.
- Assist in method co-validation and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab work.
- Prepare and provide data documentation to support technical reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the department.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following techniques:
- MS, LC/MS, ELSD, cIEF, cSDS, SEC, and/or A280.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
