As Customer Support Technician you are part of the Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS) team. Together we maintain, support, optimize and modify the transport and sorting systems of our customers. In this role you are the first point of contact for our customers with malfunctions in these systems. In addition, you support the customer with a variety of technical issues. Reports are received by telephone or e-mail. As Technical Support Coordinator you analyze the malfunction for size, complexity, priority and you strive to handle it adequately. Where necessary you receive support from colleagues with specialist knowledge. In this role you are a strong coordinator and you work closely with the teams of work preparation, planning, service engineering and internal specialists. You put the customer first and inform the customer about developments and progress regarding the malfunction. Finally, you ensure correct handling in our call-handling system.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor work and thinking level within the technical direction of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or technical
business administration
- At least 3 years of work experience within a service-oriented, technical and/or logistics organization
- English in speech and writing is a must, German is a plus
- Salary up until €3500,-- / € 4200,-- per month excluding holiday pay
- Individual profit sharing on top of your salary
- Personal study budget of €2200,- per year
