As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you’ll be the “eyes and ears” in the market—uncovering new developments and trends in the market and crafting the strategic narrative that positions the company as the partner of choice for scalable cell-therapy manufacturing. What you bring

What you'll do

Market Intelligence: Lead desk research, customer interviews and competitor analyses to identify high-value market segments.
Feed the Funnel: Identify new leads for our Business Development team through targeted market intelligence and proactive research.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, ROI calculators and value-proposition canvases.
Go-Forward Roadmaps: Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations for product, pricing and geographic expansion.
Thought Leadership: Author white papers, case studies and analyst briefings that reinforce our leadership.
Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with Sales, Product and R&D on go-to-market initiatives and pilot programs.

Who we're looking for

3+ years in strategic marketing, market intelligence or product marketing—preferably in a scientific/technical environment
Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with data sources like clinical trial databases
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus
Proactive collaborator who can drive projects end-to-end in a matrixed organization
Appetite for frequent travel (~20%) to customer sites and industry events
