Sustainability Manager Zwolle • Ausnutria Netherlands

The Sustainability Manager is responsible for integrating sustainability initiatives with business strategy to drive long-term growth and environmental stewardship at Ausnutria-wide. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and strong data analysis skills. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that sustainability efforts are aligned with strategic objectives, providing insights that empower data-driven decision-making.

In this role you are focused on providing integrated data analysis by combining financial, market and sustainability data to deliver comprehensive insights. This supports both strategic and sustainable objectives. You will also be able to identify data-driven insights, business opportunities and areas for sustainable growth. In terms of reporting, you involve developing and maintaining a consolidated reporting framework to track the progress. A key responsibility is ensuring strategic alignment by supporting the creation and execution of long-term business strategies that incorporate sustainability goals.

As Sustainability Manager, you are working with a lot of different stakeholders (internal & external). You are the communicator and collaborator to ensure alignment of strategic and sustainability initiatives.

The strategy team support and create monthly reports with a long term-view. By analysing market trends and customer data, you will identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth. You proactively initiate company-wide process improvements based on data analysis, experience, and knowledge.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field;
• You have over 5 years of experience in sustainability management, strategic planning and data analysis;
• You have strong quantitative skills and experience in financial and sustainability data analysis;
• You are proactive and you have a independently mindset where you always look for improvement.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex matters for senior stakeholders;
• You like to communicate with all levels within the company and you know how to deal with stakeholder management;
• You have the ability to tackle complex problems from different angles and creatively analyse them in relevant ways;
• You have the capability to manage processes and realise projects within time and budget;
• You like to work in a team with strong persuasive abilities and you have proactive approach to problem-solving;
• You like to analyse data in a strategy team;
• Last but not least; you are fluent in Dutch and English.

• A salary between €4.900,00 & €7.300,00 gross per month (fulltime) depending of experience;
