We’re looking for a developer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is eager to play a key role in optimizing user experience and performance across a growing digital platform. You’d be joining a high-impact CXO team, where your contributions will directly shape the customer journey through continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and accessibility-first development.

As a Frontend Developer you work at the intersection of innovation and user empathy to run meaningful experiments and improve the experience of thousands of users. You’ll collaborate closely with CRO specialists, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to turn data-driven hypotheses into seamless, accessible solutions.

Your responsibilities are among others: 

• A/B Testing & Optimization;
• Develop and deploy A/B and multivariate tests using SiteSpect;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize experiments to maintain top-notch site performance;
• Implement front-end changes using JavaScript, HTML, CSS while ensuring smooth, accessible user experiences;
• Implement and manage A/B experiments within our headless architecture, using Next.js and React;
• Continuously assess and improve the user experience with a focus on inclusivity, usability and accessibility.

Gevraagd

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Experience with headless architecture (Next.js, React);
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (SiteSpect is a plus);
• Strong understanding of CRO, UX principles, and accessibility best practices;
• Experience with Direct-to-consumer E-commerce is preferred;
• Agile mindset, proactive attitude, and a passion for building scalable, inclusive user interfaces.

Aanbod

Great Interim assignment in Utrecht from 23 june, 12 hours a week for the period of 11 months. The salady indication for contracters based on 40h/week is €5,000 bruto per month, excluding the travel expenses. For ZZP-er the tarief is betweek €50 - €57 per hour.
