Join our team as an Operational Key Account Manager and play a key role in managing and optimizing air logistics operations for our strategic client. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

Your Role
As an Operational Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring their air logistics needs are met efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance operational processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. By maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for optimization, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main operational contact for key air logistics customer.
  • Ensure smooth execution of air freight operations, including compliance and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize service quality.
  • Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Support business reviews by analyzing performance data and presenting insights.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Previous experience in air logistics is essential.
  • Strong understanding of air freight import/export operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in customer relationship management within logistics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
