Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that blends technical expertise with exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their Amsterdam-based team on a full-time basis. With 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, you'll play a vital part in supporting innovative access control solutions across the Benelux region.

About you:

As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the clients' technical queries.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Provide timely and effective support via phone and email to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Manage support tickets to track customer issues and interactions.
  • Assist clients in selecting and installing products
  • Deliver training sessions on product features
  • Analyse technical issues, troubleshoot defects, and test product functionality
  • Occasionally travel to installation sites to support clients

Your profile:

  • Experience in a technical support role (B2B or B2C preferred).
  • Solid understanding of technical products and ability to explain them clearly.
  • Fluency in Dutch and good command of English both written and spoken. French is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to occasionally travel for on-site support and training.

You will receive a competitive salary and will be included in the company insurance program. You can work remotely up to 2 days a week. The office is based in Amsterdam with yearly travel for company event in France.
