As a Customer Care agent, you are ‘the voice’ and first point of contact for the brand. You will handle reactive incoming communications, while also proactively contributing to improve company and personal efficiency and  customer satisfaction. You are also responsible for maintaining an expert knowledge about our company products and services, while providing vital insights of customer needs back into the company.

  • Answering incoming calls from potential and existing customers, resellers, distributors etc. and facilitating transferal of calls where necessary/applicable
  • Processing incoming cases (emails, web2case or manually created)
  • Liaise new account creation and updating customer master data
  • Provide pre-sales advice for new purchase inquiries, quotations, order status updates and post-sales admin
  • Allowing customers to be self-sufficient by providing access to and maintaining support centres and step-by-step 
    guides
  • Analyse customer enquiries and provide basic troubleshooting, where possible, and if necessary, involve the 
    Application Specialists
  • Guiding customers through the return/repair process, while cooperating with Repair department to ensure fluid 
    communication
  • Contributing to the general success of the company by engaging in internal improvement projects/meetings and company-wide projects
  • Evaluate and process customer feedback for proactive enhancements or additions to our current assortment
Dit breng je mee
  • MBO work and think level (post-secondary vocational education)
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience and customer-oriented attitude
  • Native level Dutch, English good in speaking and writing
  • Eagerness to learn about the company’s products and their specifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication, relationship-building and analytical skills
  • Able to work under limited supervision with integrity, autonomy, initiative and independent judgment
What we offer

Apart from a kind international team and a comptetitive salary, you get:

  • Bonus 10% max over the annual salary excluding holiday allowance 
  • Leave days 25 (20 statutory and 5 extra-statutory days of leave, based on full time employment).
  • Option to buy 3 extra leave days per year. One day of paid leave per year in case you would like to do volunteer work
  • Commuting allowance € 0,21 per km, maximized to 70 km one way
  • Hybrid work policy (2 days a week from home) and hybrid work allowance € 2,15 net per working day.
  • Contribution for setting up and maintaining home office € 300,- net (every 3 years, terms and conditions apply).
  • Pension scheme. Defined contribution pension scheme through a.s.r. Doenpensioen Employee premium: 5.30 % Employer premium: Depending on pension scheme’s age bracket (>50%)
  • Bicycle plan. Fiscal friendly option to lease a bike through Lease a Bike.
