The Company
Our client offers a broad range of consumer products—such as dairy drinks, infant food, cheese, and desserts—across Europe, Asia, and Africa. They also serve professional customers with cream and butter, and supply ingredients for infant nutrition, the food industry, and pharmaceuticals worldwide.
Role Description
As an Maintenance Technician, you'll handle technical issues on-site, focusing mainly on electrical systems. You'll perform maintenance, resolve malfunctions, and help improve production line reliability in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical breakdowns efficiently
- Inspect and repair systems, including PLCs, robotics, and cooling units
- Support improvement projects for equipment performance
- Log all work in SAP and follow LOTO safety procedures
- Take part in on-call (consignatiedienst) duties when needed
Requirements
- MBO-level education in electrical or mechatronics
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in production
- Strong focus on electrical systems (80% of tasks)
- Available for 4x9 hour day shifts and on-call rotation
- Live within 30 minutes of Steenderen
- Fluent in Dutch
