As a Senior Recruiter, you are responsible for managing the entire recruitment process within the Supply Chain department. You know exactly where and how to find the right candidates – whether they are planners, project managers, or logistics specialists. You act as a sparring partner for hiring managers, advise on the most effective recruitment strategies, and guide candidates from the first introduction to the final offer.

In addition, you actively contribute to the ongoing development of the recruitment approach. You’ll work closely with an enthusiastic HR team and play a key role in projects related to employer branding, process optimization, and the overall candidate experience.

What do you bring?

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration or Logistics; 
• At least five years of experience as a recruiter within the supply chain or logistics sector; 
• Availability of 32 to 38 hours per week; 
• Strong advisory skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders; 
• A proactive and independent working style; 
• Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus); 
• Experience with sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn and building talent pools. 

Aanbod

For this position, an attractive salary of up to €5,700 gross per month is offered (based on a full-time contract, depending on knowledge and experience). In addition, the following benefits are provided:
