We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to drive the pipeline development and sales of Thales CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) technology to enterprise clients in Europe. The role requires an individual operating at a tactical level with a keen understanding of the role of digital identities in B2B and B2C relationships for large enterprises and more specifically in BFSI, a proven track record in solution selling and the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal Thales teams and external partners at all levels, operational (individual sales opportunities) as well as strategic (executive). An entrepreneurial spirit is crucial, demanding the individual to build and pave the path for success.

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the RSD for CIAM in Europe, and on a daily basis be working closely together with another Partner Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Managers, the Sales Engineers and the Marketing teams.

As a Partner Sales Manager you will focus on the following areas: 

  • Support the annual quota attainment for CIAM in Europe by identifying and accelerating customer opportunities alongside partners, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Engineers, while ensuring balanced interests and executing the sales strategy in alignment with objectives.
  • Foster strong partner relationships through consultative selling techniques, conducting presentations, and managing the partner development process to ensure solution fit, while facilitating the acquisition of Thales products and services via resell and co-sell models.
  • Maintain a clear overview of sales activities and forecasts in SalesForce, accurately forecasting revenue streams, representing Thales in the market, and participating in industry events to prospect new business and strengthen partner connections.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key existing partners, including boutique and global system integrators, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their business needs and align Thales CIAM solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with partners and engage with senior management to develop strategic initiatives, initiate joint marketing efforts, provide training and enablement, and offer insights on market trends and customer needs to drive the long-term success of Thales CIAM technology in Europe.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial mindset by embracing calculated risk-taking and experimentation in partner strategies, allowing for agility and adaptability within the corporate structure to thrive in a dynamic market.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in partner sales management and enterprise technology solution sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior managers and C-Level executives within System Integrators and Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Demonstrated capacity for balancing tactical execution with strategic focus, identifying and pursuing opportunities at an operational level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and successfully bringing new products to market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, leadership abilities, and the capacity to travel up to 50% of the time.
