For the coating department of a renowned bakery in Harderwijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic operator. As an operator, you will be responsible for perfecting products through coating, a technique widely used in the confectionery and chocolate industry. You will contribute to the high-quality finish of our products, meticulously following prescribed specifications and strict quality standards.

In addition to the variety in recipes, you will ensure a clean and hygienic work environment. Together with a team of operators and production workers, you will maintain a smooth production flow on the coating line. You will mainly work in a 5-shift schedule, with some months of the year in a 3-shift schedule. In short, this is a challenging role with plenty of opportunities for personal development.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

You will work for one of the largest producers in the confectionery industry. The production hall and headquarters are located in Harderwijk, where you will also be based. The company was founded in 1880 and has been operating in Harderwijk since 1958. This family-run business produces a wide range of snacks, gingerbread cookies, chocolate biscuits, wafers, crispbreads, and children’s cookies. Nearly all private-label cookies in supermarkets across Northwest Europe are produced here!
