You will be part of the Tribe External Reporting. The Area Finance Reporting contributes to statistical and financial information (reports and datasets) for all segments of Rabobank globally. You will collaborate closely with colleagues both in and outside the Area. This role offers you the opportunity to partner and liaise with several departments, such as local finance, policies & regulations, business control, and our international regulators. We strongly believe that working in multidisciplinary teams will lead to the best results. You will be challenged and encouraged to show initiative while working on innovative projects, improving processes, and enhancing our planning and reporting applications.

As a Business Analyst, you can make a difference:

  • Collecting and validating business requirements with our stakeholders, both inside and outside of our Area/Tribe.
  • Translating the business requirements into designs, forms, and formats that fit the data models of both Tagetik Reporting and Tagetik Planning, while considering our policies and IT way of working.
  • Implementing the designs into the Tagetik applications in a way that considers both the Financial Workspace and the Analytical Workspace.
  • Describing and documenting the changes made with the aid of Azure DevOps, ensuring adherence to internal policies.

  • An Area consisting of 12 squads and approximately 100 employees (Finance, IT, and Data specialists).
  • Almost 44,000 Rabobank colleagues around the world.

You and Your Talent

You are a pro-active team player with a strong, yet flexible mentality to get things done. Customer focus, analytical and communication skills, personal development, and results orientation are clearly essential for the role of Business Analyst.

Collaboration is our way of working. Our Area/Squads join forces to enable the delivery from a Tagetik perspective of (non-)financial information which is part of all the external and internal reporting of the Rabobank. There are multiple squads, and every squad has 5 to 10 members. There is cooperation within the squad as well as between the squads.


Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Tagetik developer/consultant with hands-on technical implementation experience (in the financial services is a nice to have)
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with Analytical Workspace development in Tagetik preferred
  • Understanding of Budget and Forecast processes
  • Experience with connecting Tagetik to other systems (ETL)
  • Knowledge of data models
  • Understanding of IT and SQL
  • Proficient command of written and spoken Dutch and/or English
  • Experience working with Scrum

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
