Who you are

As an administrative employee at Kuehne+Nagel logistics you would like to perform various tasks. You are:

  • Good at communicating in English and preferably also in Dutch
  • Part-time available from Monday to Friday
  • Available in shifts; one week you work from 5:30-10:00 AM and the other week you work from 14:00-18:00 PM
  • You have already gained some experience with administrative work or you are educated in that area
  • Available from July 1st!
What will you do

As an administrative employee at Kuehne+Nagel logistics, you are an all-rounder. You will work at the counter in the warehouse. Here you will encounter enthusiastic drivers who report to the counter. You will then welcome and process them. In addition, you will prepare customs documentation. You process administration in a time slot management tool. Once your documents have been processed, you archive them correctly. In addition, you also have a lot of communication by email and phone with supporting departments for customs formalities. You also coordinate with the warehouse operation around the loading and unloading of transports. Your position is super diverse. You will never be bored!

Where will you work

As an administrative employee, you will end up behind the counter in the warehouse of Kuehne+Nagel logistics in Utrecht. You have a direct colleague who alternates shifts with you. This way, both of you are always available in the mornings and afternoons. You meet enthusiastic colleagues every day. Nice! You will work part-time, so you work between 20-23 hours per week. Are you doing well? Then you can work here for a longer period of time!
