As a Coating Specialist, you play a key role in restoring used industrial robots. While our engineers handle the technical rebuild, you take care of the visual transformation. In a modern spray booth, you apply high-quality coatings and ensure every robot looks brand new again.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced technicians. In addition to spraying and coating, you’ll occasionally perform light assembly work—installing brackets, hoses, and safety labels. Your precision and eye for detail help make these machines presentable and ready for delivery.

Our client specializes in refurbishing and maintaining industrial robots for clients across the Benelux. From their facility in Weert, they work with leading brands such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, and YASKAWA. • Experience with coating or spray painting, preferably in an industrial environment;
• Familiarity with coating techniques, spray equipment, and safety procedures;
• A detail-oriented, precise working style with a focus on quality;
• Able to work independently and in a team;
• Communicates well in English or Dutch.
