As a Salesforce Consultant, you are the link between business and technology. You translate our ambitions into smart, scalable CRM solutions and help build a future-proof organization. Whether it's improving processes, implementing new features, or providing training.

Your responsibilities

• As a Salesforce Consultant, you translate business needs into scalable, effective CRM solutions.
• You gather requirements and business processes from stakeholders and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and advise on automation and optimization.
• You collaborate with technical teams to implement and integrate solutions.
• You support end users with training, demos, and hands-on guidance before, during, and after go-live.
• You stay involved post-implementation, monitor usage, and translate new Salesforce features into tangible improvements.

What you bring

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consultancy or business analysis role with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with requirements workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Preferably certified: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
