As a Seed Operations Conditioning Specialist, you are responsible for cleaning, upgrading, and disinfecting high-quality seed lots. This is done manually or with the use of highly specialized equipment. You report directly to the team leader.

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

• Detecting deviations in seed quality and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
• Fine-tuning specialized equipment using work instructions
• Taking samples from processed seed lots
• Registering batch characteristics of a seed lot
• Performing a physical appearance assessment of the seeds
• Determining moisture content and Thousand Seed Weight

Working Days:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Completed MBO education
• Forklift (Heftruck) certificate
• Proactive attitude in identifying and solving quality issues on the spot
• Flexible regarding shift work, overtime, or peak periods
• Capable of executing cleaning, upgrading, drying, and disinfection processes
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Proficient in Dutch

• A gross hourly salary of €17.50
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (starting from 5 km)
