You love cookies of course! To keep the factory running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a Production Employee:

• You are fulltime or parttime available.
• You can work in 3 shifts.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You can work in Oosterhout.
• You have your own transportation.
• You can take off/out all your jewelry or piercings if you have them.

You are going to work at a cookie factory at the department ‘packing’. As a production employee you will pack the cookies in boxes. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the production line and you have to prevent system failures. But that’s not all! We want to teach you everything about working in a cookie factory. Think about working the chocolate lines, the ovens, making the dough. You’ll know everything in no time!
It is important that you don't wear any jewelry in the factory and have clean, short nails. We don't want the cookies to contain anything that's not edible!
You'll work in 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00 hr, 14:00-22:00 hr, 22:00-06:00 hr.
At Merba they do work with reserve shifts. If you are available 5 days a week, you'll get 2 reserve shifts and 3 guaranteed days of work. It happens quit a lot that you're called in on your reserve shift, so you can mostly expect a work week of 4 - 5 days!
