For a well-established international company in Alphen aan den Rijn, we are looking for multiple Assembly Employees to support the growing production team. Due to a large new customer project, the workload has increased and several backlog orders need to be completed.

The work involves assembling mechanical safety devices based on specific made to order instructions. Each product is built according to detailed specifications. Precision, care and quality are key. You'll handle mechanical parts, configure systems, apply labels and ensure the final product is ready for inspection and shipment.

There are both temporary positions to meet current demand and permanent positions to support long term growth. All roles are full time, and the company offers flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:00. Working four days of nine hours (4x9) is also possible.

• Full-time job with flexible starting hours (between 07:00 and 09:00)
• Option to work 4x9 hours per week (Friday off/half!)
• Temporary positions available for peak production or long-term contract
• International, English-speaking team with strong technical support
• Weekly payment and personal guidance from our agency

• Experience in a technical or production environment is an advantage
• Able to read and follow technical drawings and instructions in English
• Precise and reliable work attitude with good hand-eye coordination
• You work well both independently and with others
• You take safety, quality, and deadlines seriously
