Are you passionate about transforming lab workflows through automation?
We’re looking for a Laboratory Automation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and compliance. If you have deep expertise in lab automation, regulatory standards (GxP/GCLP), and a collaborative mindset—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated methods by working closely with lab teams to translate manual workflows into efficient, programmable protocols using systems such as Tecan, Beckman, or Hamilton. You will configure and integrate robotic platforms with scheduling software, ensuring seamless operation of high-throughput processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex manual lab workflows into automated solutions
• Program and optimize protocols for robotic liquid handling systems (e.g., Tecan, Beckman, Hamilton)
• Configure and integrate automation platforms and scheduling software
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain systems to ensure operational continuity
• Conduct method validation and maintain GxP-compliant documentation
• Ensure all solutions meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Train lab personnel on automation systems
• Act as a key liaison between lab teams, compliance, and engineering

• 10+ years of experience in lab automation, specifically with Tecan and Beckman systems
• Strong foundation in GxP/GCLP compliance and regulatory documentation
• Hands-on expertise in system setup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit
• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (BSc or higher)
• Certifications in GLP and GCLP are highly desirable

It concerns a secondment agreement at Johnson & Johnson via Yacht for 1 year (with possible extension), for 40 hours per week (working on site)
