As an HR Benefits & Administration Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to expert for HR administrative matters and employee benefits, working closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence. You’ll help drive accurate and timely support, ensuring that HR services meet the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries via the People Services Portal (ServiceNow);
- Process and resolve employee requests related to travel allowance, leave of absence, payslips, visa queries, and more;
- Support lifecycle administration tasks such as 30% ruling applications, Highly Skilled Migrant registrations, and transportation subscriptions;
- Maintain associate records and ensure data accuracy in the Document Management System;
- Support with reporting on contract end dates, visa expirations, and pension/insurance contributions;
- Assist with company car administration and internal/external data audits;
- Support invoice coding and accuracy checks for benefits-related vendors.

- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and excellent service orientation;
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume HR operations environment;
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and administrative workflows;
- Experienced with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow experience is a plus);
- Analytical and curious, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement;
- Highly organized, self-managing, and an enthusiastic team player.
